As a Marketing Intern, I created social media content and a LinkedIn ad campaign. I also wrote monthly blogs, newsletters, and website copy. I used marketing research to create brand campaigns that engaged with different target markets. In addition, I worked alongside the sales team to generate leads, write pitch emails, and create voice-of-customer surveys.
On the analytics side, I analyzed their LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google analytics to understand how we can improve. I used qualitative and qualitative KPIs to measure the performance and make improvements. I shared this information in weekly reports with the marketing manager so that we could make informed decisions for future growth.
Working at a small company gave me the opportunity to have more hands-on experience and manage projects of my own. I also used my knowledge to train incoming interns and help to grow the team. Here is the linked in ad I created that reached over five thousand people.
